nivo.rocks Mininav scroll behaviour

Describe/explain the bug
On the website:
The "MiniNav" Scroll position is reset when changing a route (choosing a component)

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'https://nivo.rocks/radar/'
2. Click on 'treemap'
3. See the issue - MiniNav scroll position is reset

Another exmple

1. Go to 'https://nivo.rocks/radar/'
2. edit URL to 'https://nivo.rocks/treemap/'
3. See the issue - MiniNav scroll is not positioned to show the selected component

Expected behavior
I would expect the MiniNav to maintain its scroll position when clicking on items.
I would expect the MiniNav to scroll to show active items when navigating via the URL
