Warning message still raised when set loglevel to 'error'

pnpm version:6.32.9

Code to reproduce the issue:

Glad to see that 6.32.9 fix the issue #4507 and the WARN deprecated message indede disappear. But I still got some kind of 'WARN' message in certain secnario. Is that a bug or working as design ?

Expected behavior: All warning message should be hidden when set loglevel as error

Actual behavior: Warning message still raised like the screenshot
