Parachains page validator set not showing

This issue is related to #10383 which is being worked on by @bee344 . With the changes with coretime the paraScheduler had some changes which breaks the current UI for finding the validator set per parachain.

I think for now we can forget about making any updates to get it fixed and instead just put efforts into the coretime view.
