What is the current behavior and expected behavior?

There's no bottom padding for the closeLink class that includes the "Ask again later" link because the acceptButton interferes with it.

The "Ask again later" link should have bottom padding

What is the motivation for changing the behavior?

Improve the appearance of the extension

- Version: macOS 14.1.1
- Environment:
  - Node.js
  - Browser - Firefox 123.0
  - Other (limited support for other environments)
