What

Since v4.50.0 is now released it would be nice to have some instructions on how to host a dedicated instance of polyfill.io

Thanks for the issue - the plan is to rewrite the deployment mechanism so that anyone can host their own instance by running npm run publish -- that works has not been completed yet though, when it is, I will post back on this issue 👍
