[Bluetooth Applet] can't connect to a device (found a workaround) #408

Update: I switched to GNOME, turned bluetooth on, switched back and now it works properly in COSMIC for some reason.

The applet shows that it is turned off, but it sees available bluetooth devices though. It's not possible to connect to the devices.
