Bug: Disappearing Logs Visual Bug

Problem Description

There is a visual bug where logs disappear from view (see attached screenshot)

Expected Behavior

Logs should be shown

Actual Behavior

Logs are not shown

Steps to Reproduce

1. Run a container with long logs (Gitlab EE used in example)
2. Click the view logs button
3. Use these settings (only been able to replicate with these):

2.20.1

Portainer Edition

Business Edition (BE/EE) with Professional or Enterprise license

Platform and Version

Docker version 26.1.0, build 9714adc

OS and Architecture

ARM64 Oracle Cloud Ubuntu VPS (22.04)
