It's already possible to make Twinkle Tray portable manually, see :
https://github.com/xanderfrangos/twinkle-tray/wiki/Portable-version-of-Twinkle-Tray

But it would be awesome to have a Twinkle Tray checking and automatically updating in a portable version.
