Many functions have incomplete JS doc.
Fix and add uniform and consistent JS doc across all functions in the lib folder and in index.js.

yes @get-thepacket. This is a very useful issue to make you understand the whole flow of the conversion. To add jsdocs to all the functions, you would need to understand what each and every function does, and hence it would help you get familiar with the code.
