Per https://developers.google.com/publisher-tag/release-notes#2023-06-19

ad serving will not work from GPT loading from www.googletagservices.com/...
I think most of the JSFiddle examples load from this URL

AC: Use https://securepubads.g.doubleclick.net/tag/js/gpt.js to load GPT for the jsfiddle examples.
