Suggestion: Add documentation around stack breakpoints

I was looking through the narrow, regular and wide breakpoints defined in the Stack component and was having some trouble finding what these breakpoints align to. I eventually found the breakpoints as defined in Primer design: foundations.

I think it may be worthwhile to add some documentation to make these values clearer/more discoverable.

If my understanding of the Stack is correct, I'm happy to submit a PR. T.Y.
