Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I have an issue when the bot stops running. I know that bots are running because Pull Request Quantifier bot is consistent on pull requests. The 2 bots i have issues with is the project-bot and the auto-assign bot.

Describe the solution you'd like
Is there any way to see if an installed bot is actually awake? My bots randomly stop working and a few days later they will wake up and run again. If the bot is dead, then i need a way to figure out why. Nothing in Installed GitHub Apps tab helps me figure out what is wrong.

That's out of scope for Probot. Owners of the apps can setup monitoring and expose the status somehow. For example, for the WIP app, I added a badge to the README:

Technically it would be possible for GitHub itself to expose if an app seems to be "down" as webhook requests are failing, and they could decide to expose that information. It might be worth to contact support about it:
