Asking Proficient Analysis for a Project

Hello!

I am comming here to ask the probot proficient their analysis about a project I need to conduct.

I need a custom Pull Request check; thus I came to the conclusion that the best way to do that is developing my own GitHub App; and while browsing docs and forum to know the best way how to, I've seen Probot recomended pretty often.

What I need to build is in this issue; TL,DR:

A PR Check that have those features:

Check if the PR edits:

• Are all in a defined single sub-directory
• Author is a previous contributor in the same defined single sub-directory
• Does not contain unwanred files type (extensions)
• Depending on the PR Parent directory, does not contain unwanred files type (extensions)

Do you know if that would be possible with Probot?
