Tracking issue: Port everything to ESM

In preparation of an ESM release, we should first make all examples and adapters ESM-only, and also move all projects in this organization to ESM

Changing the adapters already encourages people to migrate without impacting probot itself, and updating the examples and create-probot-app will make new users hopefully use ESM.

The list below is sorted in the order we should merge the changes to ensure a smooth migration.
