Stale bot is not working in Apache SeaTunnel #355

There is nothing happened in the past few days after installed the stale bot, we have the stale.yml file ( https://github.com/apache/incubator-seatunnel/blob/dev/.github/stale.yml ) and enabled the stale bot ( https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-22748 ). Any idea about what's going on...
