Allow publish of gh-release artifacts from multiple sources #583

Currently publishing of release artifacts is limited to a single artifact name.

We could extend this by allowing a fixed prefix, like above, but also allow multiple artifacts from different jobs.

e.g.

gh-release-${{ github.event.pull_request.head.sha || github.event.head_commit.id }}-*
gh-release-${{ github.event.pull_request.head.sha || github.event.head_commit.id }}-npm-pack
gh-release-${{ github.event.pull_request.head.sha || github.event.head_commit.id }}-dockerfiles
