We don't currently have any end-to-end tests. We need some.

Acceptance criteria:

Should test minimal 'happy path' of the user journey through the app.
Should be written using a test framework that allows cross-browser testing (eg. Selenium)
Should run as part of CI cycle
Should not run as part of pre-commit hook.
