Make sure you're filling the right template the right way.

  • I confirm that this is a bug, perceived as a bug, a mistake or something that needs real fixing as oppossed to an enhancement or feature request.
  • I faithfully believe this is for M64MM and not an addon with an existing repository.

Describe the bug

The color-code display with the SMB Mario sprite in the Appearance Settings menu gets glitchy when you drag the display offscreen and drag it back.
Something similar also happens when you change a color, or minimize the window and open it back up while the color-code display is partially offscreen, the display then just gets stretched to the screen border.
The display gets back to normal once it's entirely on the screen and you change the color or minimize the window and open it back up.

Reproduction steps

  1. Go to Appearance Settings.
  2. Drag the window to the point where the color-code display is offscreen or partially offscreen.
  3. Either drag the window back so that it's not offscreen anymore or change a color, or minimize the window and open it back up when it's partially offscreen.

leaving to check what might be happening around the weekend
so far, observations:

  • multiple screen setup at the screen boundary prevent this from happening
  • this is likely related to the stretching mode of the PictureBox so I will be making tests with the... other... screen boundary
