Support the Gateway API

What is missing?

Support for the new Gateway APIs

Why do we need it?

It's the next generation of Kubernetes Ingress, Load Balancing, and Service Mesh APIs.

Anything else we need to know?:

It's implemented by cert-manager and other such tools, and by many of the traditional ingresses at this point (NGINX, Envoy, Istio, HAProxy, Consul, Kong, Traefik, Cillium, etc.), and needing to hand-craft HTTPRoutes is kind-of a bummer.
