Support fetching fastenings for a specific message

Imagine receiving a link to a message in Prose. You click the link and will be taken to the conversation where you will be shown the message. You would expect to see the message in all its glory, with potential edits and reactions that the message has received since.

Here's the thing though the message is 3 months old and thousands of messages have been sent since then in your busy channel. So for the client the only way to present the message in the full form would be to load all messages that came after it. This would … take a while.

So we need a way to load all messages that relate to a certain message. It seems that there was an attempt to draft up an XEP which somewhat addresses the issue: MAM Fastening Collation.
