I have defined a [DataContract] data structure, how to parse it into an IMessage interface? Is there a ready-made method in the protobuf-net.Grpc library?

IMessage is a Google.Protobuf thing. If you're starting from [DataContract] you probably don't need that at all. What is it that you're actually trying to do here?
