Unused code detection #144

This plugin should support psalms unused code detection.

I have a few examples where this does not properly work as of now:

Migration classes are marked as unused classes
LifecycleEvents are marked as unused methods
TBD

I will see that I can finish the list above soon so that I can work on this.

Should we mark migration classes as used by-default?
Not sure if it is possible to detect these from configuration, etc.
