Adding Side-Navbar for better usability #339

Adding side-nav bar will enhance the usability of the website and user can easily jump through sections quickly.

Please suggest any changes or addition, I'll be adding on scroll animation though.

I think it's a good idea and it would indeed make the page easier to scroll. What do you think @jywarren?
