Currently, Puppeteer uses __puppeteer_evaluation_script__ as EVALUATION_SCRIPT_URL. This is not ideal because it attributes
Puppeteer internal scripts to the page domain if it's interpreted as the relative URL. Instead, we should use an absolute URL: for example, pptr://__puppeteer_evaluation_script__
