Find a way to avoid downloading chromium every time #27

Right now we have to download chromium on every run, unless the user builds the package locally.
The readme mentions this can be fixed in Puppeteer - what's required for that? Can we do it?

This will be fixed in the next Puppeteer release (puppeteer/puppeteer#6014) 🙂
