What component is this referring to?

ToolTipHoverArea

Current Behaviour

As soon as your mouse exits a tooltip hover area, the tooltip disappears, even if your mouse is still over the tooltip.

Desired behavior:

The tooltip should stay open while the mouse is over the tooltip

Why?

This will allow us to put links inside the tooltip and let users click them without needing to move their mouse lighting-fast.
