Coverge allows to set a configuration by using configuration files. But this functionnality is disabled by the coverage plugin: https://github.com/pybuilder/pybuilder/blob/master/src/main/python/pybuilder/plugins/python/coverage_plugin.py#L122.

Is there a reason why the parameter is disabled ?
