Goal Zero: Extensive profile testing

This ticket is part of an aspirational goal for the isort project to achieve zero regressions through the remaining life of the 5.0.0 release, without slowing down the release velocity.

isort should create an extensive suite of unit tests around each profile it includes within the main repository. These tests should include snippets from real projects that utilize the profiles when possible.
