Cant install pygraphviz on rhel 8.8

Cant install pygraphviz on rhel 8.8, i have graphviz installed. Any assistance would be great.

Not root, Subscription Management repositories not updated
Modular dependency problems:

The error i get when i try to install pygraphviz

Did you try `pip install pygraphviz`? That way you don’t have to build the wheel.
