At the moment, the combination RSS objects into a Cube is performed without any pixel rejection step. This introduces many artifacts (e.g. unmasked cosmic rays) on the final data cube. An additional step needs to be included, where every RSS is interpolated into a datacube independently, then pixels are rejected using common algorithms (e.g. sigma-clipping), and finally combined together accounting for the bad pixels.
