Feature request: API to download GSHHS

It would be good to have an API to do the install of the GSHHS files

Following on from there I'm actually unsure on which files to download by hand.

Docs say "Download the zipped GSHHS and WDBII Shapefiles from SOEST"

It is one of these?

Nevermind. I being stupid. It's the second one and you do say Shapefiles. Could just hyperlink the ftp/http but I understand it may change so probably good as is
