It would be really nice to have an automatically generated header/footer with a link to the source code of a notebook for people who would like to download and run notebooks on their laptops.

Something like:
This lesson is created in Jupyter Notebook. If you want to play with the examples, download its ipynb source file and open in it Jupyter.

Given that the notebooks typically contain also images and (small) data sets in the static dir, it would perhaps be better to download the whole dir zipped (or the .ipynb + static).

What do you think?
