Meta information missing in view source

Hi

After server render meta information missing in view source inspect element meta informations are visible.
i used https://angular.io/api/platform-browser/Meta and did server sender

Found issue due to Https API URL, Server Side rendering not working.

Can you please help me fix this issue.

I have a same problem with missing rendering metadata in view source.
I am setting dynamic title and description in appcomponet.ts. Can you please help me fix this issue.

@nagarajukmenlo I'll accept a pull request.

I'm moving on to new projects and I really don't see myself using Angular anymore, so it doesn't make sense for me to do anything beyond bare minimum/necessary maintenance at this point.
