**Add replace/replace all functionality to QgsCodeEditorWidget **

PR Description:

And port processing script editor to QgsCodeEditorWidget.

The new replace functionality allows replacing matching text. Works just as expected. If the regex find option is enabled, then captured groups are available for use in the replacement string (eg via '\1')
