What is the bug or the crash?

Raster resampling settings are not applied when importing a style.

Steps to reproduce the issue

  1. Import the TIF from test_data.zip
  2. Open layer properties and check resampling settings ->
    image
  3. Import the style from test_data.zip
  4. Open layer properties and check resampling settings -> nothing changed despite the .qml file hold different resampling settings (bilinear)
