Smooth Scroll Recent Projects List

Feature description

The "Recent Projects" list on the startup screen jumps three projects at a time when rolling the mouse wheel. This makes it difficult to track how far down the list I've scrolled, and diminishes the utility.

Solution: smooth scrolling so you can see the projects move up and out of the way and track what's coming next.

I can second this. I resolved to use click and drag on the scroll bar on the side of the "Recent Projects" window.
