馃殌 Feature

Currently the hooks loop only catches and prints any exceptions: https://github.com/qlik-oss/nebula.js/blob/master/apis/supernova/src/hooks.js#L88-L92
This can lead to seeminly functional rendering in multiple environments and should be improved to provide oppertunities for better feedback and loggin.

Motivation

To improve developer experience when creating extensions as well as enabling better logging.
