Hide/greyout properties when not applied #227

There are a few places where you can change properties that has no effect and might be better off being greyed out or removed.

For example if title is removed search has no effect

Or if there is no title then title on/off has no effect

It do have an effect is enable/disable the keyboard shortcut for search.
