Bellazon - download image not working in sideloaded extention

Bellazon.com works in the sense that the extension displays bigger images, but when I click image to download (I have it set to do that), the image does not download. This works just fine everywhere else.

Using a sideloaded extension in Opera. Version 2023.12.0

Using Vivaldi and the regular Tampermonkey extension for Max URL (v. 2023.12.0) the download works just fine on same page.

Seems to work fine for me. Can you send your settings? (through the Export button at the top of the options page)
