Looks like first beta release of guix fork. So..
Your criteria for adding distros:
NO A proven track record of regular releases
MAYBE (No instructions given) A means to verify the download integrity via a hash or signature
(They say that they are focused on new linux users, but almost without documentation...)
NO Respins of existing distributions must be official projects of the parent distro, be a top-tier distro in their own right or have a demonstrable and distinctive capability
