Show currently playing channel/track title on player

True. Because the radio4000-player <header> is hidden with CSS....................... Need to put it back. Somehow I'd rather keep it hidden and we create our own, new "header" component OUTSIDE of the old vue <radio4000-player> component.

Not sure where we can put the title, when the player header is hidden.

Maybe make the controls on top of the video a bar, same width as player, and add the name of the radio + current track? @4www
