服务找不到mysql容器组，导致mysql无法访问。 #839

KubeSphere3.3版本
K8s version:v1.22.12
RadonDB MySQL version: 2.3.0
问题：如下图所示,leader服务找不到对应的容器组，导致依赖mysql的各系统无法正常运行。该问题最近一年在测试环境出现一次，最近于生产环境又出现。问题非常严重，无法达到高可用地步，现对后续radondb持观望态度。望尽快回复解决。
