Fixing old data in the production database.

Change old checkbox quiz item types and answers to function without quiz options like happens right now with new checkbox quiz items.

Old checkbox quiz item had multiple questions in them though quiz options.

Solution:
Split the quiz items and quiz item answers into multiple ones. (move data in db)
