How to move command Pallete to the upper side of the window #1293

This might be a naive question, how can I move the command Pallete to appear at the top of the window instead of the bottom? I don't seem to find a way for that.

Hi @le0pard, is this supposed to be a new feature, is not the default always on the top? I thought, I just messed up with the settings after I installed it.

Not sure (I am not major contributor), but never see at top command line.
