Option to not show borders

Sometimes the map is more clear without e.g. municipal or state borders.

It would be nice to have the option to hide them from the map.

That's part of the map style (a separate and exchangable file in the repo). While we could have features for dynamically changing it in Mapscii, but it's not something I will prioritize highly for myself any time soon.
