insert with auto increment id

Hi all,

I'm trying to insert something in a table.
This table has an id which is auto increment, which means with inserting it should not pass an id.
I have this struct:

#[derive(Clone, Debug, serde::Serialize, serde::Deserialize)] pub struct Template { pub id:Option<u64>, pub name: String, pub document: String, pub thumbnail:String, }
Insertion code:
pub async fn add_templates(templates: Template) -> Template { Template::insert(&mut RB.clone(), &new_template).await }

I've changed the id to an option so it can contain none, but it still gives an error.
Would anyone be so kind as to show how to do an insert into a table with an auto incrementing id?

So apparently it works by setting the id to None. For some reason someone else did it and it didn't work. Seems to work just fine.
