Not able to set initial state with custom time: "18:10" #191

I am trying to set initial state in React application with custom date, which I passed from setState.
Its getting blank.

Please help to fix this asap.

I am setting my custom time with moment set attribute.
defaultValue={moment().set('hour', 18).set('minute', 10)}
