MIME type of pem and certificate files are not honoured in accept attribute

I'm trying to restrict only certificate files in the dropzone. I have used valid MIME type from,
https://www.iana.org/assignments/media-types/media-types.xhtml

But dropzone not working as expected.

My accept attribute looks like this.
accept: {
'application/x-pem-file': [],
'application/x-x509-ca-cert': [],
'application/pkix-cert': [],
'application/x-x509-ca-ra-cert': [],
'application/x-x509-next-ca-cert': [],
'application/pem-certificate-chain': []
}

Could anyone help to resolve this?

I found out .cert is not a valid extension.
