Add option to auto-commit moves while dragging #419

Currently the drag-and-drop feature requires a "drop" action to commit the query update and move (or clone) the rule/group.

Add an option to commit the moves during the drag phase as the rule/group is dragged around the query.

Alternatively, display a placeholder/ghost rule/group (same height as dragged item?) instead of the dashed purple border.
