Description

When using a counter, it is possible to get into a state where no child changesets are emitted because a rapid number of constant changes will prevent the counter from reaching zero. Instead of a counter, it will now use a flag so that only changes initiated by parental changes are merged together (per the original intention).

Bonus Changes

  • Better exception handling for cases when the transform selector function throws.
  • Improvements to SubscribeSafe helpers (all combinations with OnError are supported)
  • Clean up some code to use SubscribeSafe
  • Collapse "Do/Subscribe" into "Subscribe"
  • Collapse multiple "Do" into a single statement
